How long until we go live?

Typically 2–5 business days from when we receive your CSV and brand details. Larger catalogs take a little longer — we'll give you an exact timeline when you reach out.

Do customers' room photos get saved anywhere?

Never. Photos are sent to our AI, processed, and discarded. We do not store, log, or share any image. No customer accounts required. Privacy isn't a feature here — it's how the product was built.

What happens if we hit our render cap?

We'll let you know as you approach the cap. Upgrade any time, or talk it through with us. We will never silently cut your customers off mid-month.

What does annual billing, save $500 mean?

Pay 12 months upfront and we take $500 off the total — any tier. Growth at $799/mo × 12 = $9,588, minus $500 = $9,088 billed once a year. Cancel renewal any time before the next cycle.

How do I update my catalog when products change?

Send an updated CSV — or text us the changes. On Growth and Pro plans, updates are prioritized. We do it for you. No self-serve dashboard to wrestle with.

I’m Tahir Muhammad, founder of FurnitureViz. I grew up in the Greater Toronto Area, studied Mathematical and Computational Sciences at the University of Toronto, and completed graduate coursework in artificial intelligence at Stanford. Over the past seven years, I’ve built AI and machine-learning systems across banking, healthcare, and cybersecurity firms.

FurnitureViz is built on a simple belief: independent furniture retailers deserve technology as capable as the tools available to the largest brands—without enterprise pricing or complexity.
